Our Special Little Guy Is Gone

I couldn`t resist to make a drawing were Homer and Marge are devestaded because of their dead boy, Bart.

I have made drawings were every family member is sad over that Bart died. One of Homer, Marge, Lisa and Maggie. But I didn`t make a drawing were his parents, Homer and Marge reacted when they heard their boy had been hit by a car and died in the street.

Marge was home with Maggie when it rang on the doorbell. She opened up, happy as she used to to see who finally visited her on this time of the day. Reverent Lovejoy standed at the door with his wife and principal Skinner. Marges heart began to pound faster when she saw them. When they were at the door, something bad had happend. Or very rare, something good. But Marge dropped the smile very fast when Lovejoy said "Marge, we are afraid we have some bad news for you" When they said Bart`s name and the "D" word, her heart dropped. She got in shock and the tears fell frealy down her cheeks. Her boy dead!?

Reverent Lovejoy had to hold her and escorted her in to the livingroom. Marge cried heavenly, her breathing was heavy and she was shaking. Mrs. Lovejoy got message from her husband to call Homer. He was at work and Marge didn`t want to bother them with that and asked them to leave. But they didn`t want to do it before Homer got home. Marge asked how it happened and they told he went out of the bus and was hit by a car when he was about to cross the road.

Homer didn`t want to believe Mrs. Lovejoy and said "It is not my boy, it must be someone else." But she said that it was his son, Bart who was indentefied by Lisa, hit by a car and died right away. Lisa was with Jenny now, she wanted not to come home yet.

The first Homer thought about was Marge who was alone with Maggie. He had to support her. He drived home to her with tears in his eyes, and kept telled to himself that it couldn`t be true. In the mean time Marge had gone to their bedroom. She wanted to be alone. When Homer got home Lovejoy was ordered to help them if they needed it. Homer thanked Lovejoy and said they would used it if they needed to.

After they left Homer went up to their bedroom finding Marge laying in the bed and crying heavenly. He hated to see her cry and went by her and layed a hand on her shoulder. "Marge..?" She looked at him her eyes shining from the tears and a sorrow in her eyes he had never seen before. All she could say was: "He can`t be dead?! Homer please tell me that he ain`t..??" Homer bent down and sat down beside her and hugged her thigtly, "I`m sorry Marge."

Maggie who had woken up from her powernap climbed out of the bed and crawled out to the hall. She saw Homer walking up the stairs and went into the master bedroom. Maggie with a smile went after him into the room, but when she got closer and heard Marges crying she got a worried look. She standed up to see her parents hug togheter thighty, and cried their hearts out. To just be a baby she was a clever girl and understanded that this wasn`t a happy moment.
