This is a scene from one of Nutbunnies wonderful stories! The one she made to me that is called Hope and Expectations - Maggie. Those stories is great written and gives us the sweet moments before and under Homer and Marge pregnancys. Three stories one for Bart, one for Lisa and one for Maggie. This one is from the Maggie story.

Homer and Marge had a big fight after Homer find out the Marge is pregnant. He worked at the bowlingalley and the money he got was just to 4 peoples. Maggie was a big accident and they started to fight about her. Homer left over to Moe`s while Marge got to bed. Homer got some good advice and words from the guys at the bar and left home. Here are some words from the chapter my friend nutbunnies have made to me:

"Marge?" He calls out to me, softly, in a voice that sounds concerned.

I take a minute to respond before finally pulling back the blanket. "What is it Homer?" I try to ask in a gruff tone, but I know from the crying I've been doing it does not help.

He is silent for a long time as he stares back at me with sad looking eyes. I can tell he regretted what he said earlier, he must have thought things over. "I'm sorry..." he finally says.

I sit up in bed and turn on the light to see him more clearly. He has put his pajamas on and he looks a bit upset and ready to sleep on the couch like he has done countless times before when we've had a bad argument. But this time I can tell he has thought things through really hard and it looks like he is about to cry. Without another word I accept his apology and pat the side he sleeps on with a smile on my face.

What a nice surprise, I know you said you were thinking about doing it but I didn't know when so yay!!!

I love Marge's face in the first picture, you can tell she is going through something that is not easy to handle. The second panel, I love Homer's face, it really says he is sorry. I'm trying to figure out Marge though and how she is sitting in that second panel, it just looks a little wonky. But still, awesome.

I have wanted to do this for very long, but now I took myself togheter and made it on 1 night. :happybounce:
Glad you see the what I am trying to show here. It was very fun to make this! I tried to make Marge sit with her one leg a little crocked and the other more out. But it was hard to draw.
