This is for when Lisa is born and have just come home from the hospital with Marge. Since Marge was tired after the delivery Homer was on feedguard this night. He had feeded her in the livingroom when Bart comes down and asks some questions about Lisa. After a little time Lisa barfs in the sofa and deliver some dirt in the basement. 
Homer had to change her. Bart fallowed him and fall asleep om his legs while he is changing Lisa. He couldn`t resist to smile 
He loved his kids so much! He couldn`t get any other better life then he had now
